NinjaFIT: A new way of fitness that combines everything we love about strength & conditioning, functional fitness, and obstacle training into one cohesive program.

This training incorporates workouts that elicit a high cardio vascular respiratory response with mono-structural movements such as rowing, running, biking, and jumping rope, gymnastics movements such as pull ups and box jumps etc., and some moderate weightlifting with kettle bells, dumb-bells, sand bags, tire flips & sledge hammers, and other odd objects. Some basic barbell movements may be incorporated such as the dead lift or strict press.
