Terms and conditions for Silver Party Package Deposit

What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule?

$197.50 is a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your party slot.
You may reschedule one time without a fee if party is greater than 30 days out.
Parties rescheduled within 30 days will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. We are not able to accommodate rescheduling parties within 14 days of party date. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding on this matter.
We are not able to accommodate rescheduling within 30 days of party date. The $197.50 deposit will be forfeited if party is cancelled. A new deposit will need to be provided to book an alternative party date.
You can book for up to 15 guests (silver) or up to 21 guests (gold) at time of reservation. Additional participants can be added for $20/pp.
ALL minors need a waiver present at the birthday party, even if they have been to us before.
The only exception to our cancellation policy is weather. Cancellations due to inclement weather are handled on a case by case basis and must be rescheduled to a date within 30 days of the original party date. The balance of the party will remain due at time of party. Any party cancelled for inclement weather that is not rescheduled will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
