Terms and conditions for NinjaFIT Unlimited Membership

Must be 18+, There is no set up or enrollment fee. All memberships are processed on the same day each month. This plan drafts on the 1st day of the month and will auto draft each month on that same date. To cancel or change your membership, it must be done (at minimum) 7 days before the date of your draft with written (email) notice. Once a payment is processed, there is no refund or ability to change your membership for that month. Notification of membership cancellation provided after that date will be cancelled on the last day of the following month.
