Open gym can be utilized by adults (18+) and youth (Level 4+, green or black band) for general fitness training, ninja obstacle training, and OCR training.

Ninja Nights are every Wednesday and some Saturdays. Our Ninja Coaches create an obstacle course using the entire gym for you to train on!

OCR fit is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for anyone planning to compete in an Obstacle Course Race

Family Ninja Hour (Night) $25 per class From $0 per visit with Competition Team ONLY Family Ninja Night Pass pass Purchase required to enroll
Come train like a real life ninja warrior... as a family! Must be age 5 or older to participate.
Adult supervision by parent or parental guardian is required on the ninja floor at all times.
Family = immediate family. A "Friend add-on" is available for a $10 fee. Signed Waivers
are required for all participants. *Requires only one pass per family. (Must enroll in the
family member's name that purchased the pass.)
