All Ninja Camps will be held @ our Sterling gym located @ 21531 Blackwood Ct. #110, Sterling, VA 20166. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for camp drop off. Also, Ninja camp ends promptly @ 5pm with other classes and activities scheduled right afterwards so please be on time for pick-up. Kids will need to bring a refillable water bottle and 1 to 2 snacks each day. A signed waiver is required in order to participate.

Tumbling & Flips I $30 per class From $17 per visit with Youth 20 Visit Punch Pass pass Purchase required to enroll
Learn to tumble and flip safely under the supervision of our expert Tumbling & Flips Coach.
Beginner tumbling skills will include learning cartwheels, rolls, walkovers, limbers, round-offs, and more. Advanced tumblers will learn front and back handsprings, back tucks, and layouts. We use tumbling stations on mats, as well as the Tumble Trak. * You must complete our Beginner Tumbling and Flips Class before enrolling in the Advanced Class. Sign-up is required. Youth and adults who meet the prerequisites are eligible to enroll.
Classes are capped at 6 participants for safety. Early enrollment is recommended.
