NinjaFIT Kids Conditioning

NinjaFIT kids is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for youth. This class focuses on building the strength and endurance required to conquer new obstacles and improve overall fitness. While there will not be obstacle specific training (i.e. no course set up), the workouts are tailored to help you gain strength for obstacle training.

Every Tuesday at 5:15pm.

Included in competition team membership.
Available to all youth regardless of ninja specific training.
