We want each ninja girl to grow their confidence and courage in all areas of life. Our Girls Only! ninja class empowers girls to thrive in a traditionally male dominated sport. Girls Only! Ninja class focuses on building strength both mentally and physically while making new friends and having fun.

Ninja girls of all levels train together with owner Casey Passafaro, two-time ANW competitor and strong believer that we need more ninja girls!
