Speed & Balance Class

Speed, balance, agility and proprioception. All the ingredients needed to get through any ninja course.

This class works on quick and light feet, maintaining and regaining balance, and what to focus on before starting a balance obstacle.
Don't slack on training speed and balance. Obstacles of focus will vary from class to class.

Balance obstacle examples: Slackline, Rolling Log, Balance Tank, Tilting Beans, Precision Jumps, PVC rolls.
Speed is worked on in a variety of ways. Focus includes increasing efficiency and speed through foot and balance obstacles.

Whilst ninja is an individual performance sport, athletes in this class will compete against each other in short speed course races on a regular basis.

Very little upper body and swinging in this class. Give those hands a break!

Enrollments Requirements: Ninja 101. All levels.
