After completing ninja 101 all ninjas receive their level 1 white wristband and can enroll in any level 1 class on the schedule. Strength and agility
are developed through obstacle course training, gymnastics, and
freestyle running training techniques.
Classes are based on youth skill level (not age). At NoVa Ninja we use a progressive level system that children work their way up as they continue training. This ensures youth of similar skill level are training together in addition to providing an achievable and measurable goal to work towards. Our Level UP! assessment sessions are held weekly or by private appointment request. The five achievable levels at NoVa Ninja are defined by the colors white, yellow, red, green, and black.
