Terms and conditions for Adult 10 Visit Punch Pass

Intended for use by adults ages 18+.
Must have waiver signed before use.
Applicable to ninja open gym sessions and adult ninja nights (Thursday and Saturday).
Punch passes are intended for use by a single person and cannot be shared or transferred.
5 card punch pass expires after 2 months.
10 card punch pass expires after 3 months.
Single visit passes are available.
