Terms and conditions for Birthday Party Package

What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule?

• Parties rescheduled within 2 weeks of party date will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
• We are not able to accommodate rescheduling parties within 14 days of party date. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding on this matter.
• Up to 15 guests are included in our birthday package. Additional participants will be added for $20/pp and charged to the card on file at the start of the party. We can accommodate any number of participants. Contact us if you would like additional coaches.
• ALL minors need a waiver present at the birthday party, even if they have been to us before.
• Birthday parties are non-refundable. The only exception to our cancellation policy is weather. Cancellations due to inclement weather are handled on a case by case basis and must be rescheduled to a date within 30 days of the original party date. The balance of the party will remain due at time of party. Any party cancelled for inclement weather that is not rescheduled will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
